    Ordered on 11/7/23 Gummie vitamins. Buy 2 get 1 free. 6 bottles of a hard vitamin came. I cant digest hard vitamins, company gave meRMA#: 152-348cd7844415-e2ca784417 to return. Total cost was for $239.88. It was suppose to be approx. $135.00 for the Gummie Product. Returned it on11/21/24 with tracking #**** 1132 2852 ******** 01. Posted paper is very light, hard to read. After a month they said they received it. They were sending an echeck to my sons email **************** because my printer wasnt printing. Repeatedly checked email /junk/trash no check under the name SUPPORT@CHECKBOOKIOCalled once a week to866-534-5133. Each time they said they sent it. Yesterday 4/5 they said they closed my acct. HELP Im 75 yrs and need money.

    On 11/30/2023 I ordered 2 bottles of advertised nutritional supplements for diabetes - price 60. In this time they added 6 bottles more for 240 My credit card was charged a total amount of 300 . Finally in my Bank Account I had : Merchant Restore GLYco.com 11/30/23 amount 60 and second : Merchant Restore GLYco.com 11/30/23 amount of 240 .I called them ************) asking them the procedure to return the package. When I received it , on 12/06/2023 I returned the package according to their. instructions . **** return 12/06/23 Tracking # **** 6134 9216 3340 8734 45 .Merchant confirmed pack delivered 12/11/2023 . In many telephone interventions ( more then two months ) they said that the attempts to refund my money failed . I think this is a system trying to refusing to refund my money ( 300 )I respected all the conditions and instructions for returning the products . Please check and decide a solution to solve the problem .
