    The transaction posted on 8/28/2023 from ALPHAMANLYMAN.COM on my ************ credit card. My multiple phone calls to the merchant were ineffective, and I was not able to escalate the issue to a supervisor. The local ******* manager called the merchant and spoke with ************************* on 11/12/23 and Anglie on 12/19/23. At this time, I learned that the product was CBD. I have no interest in this product and would not buy it anywhere. The local bank manager is presently escalating this issue, and advised me to report this dispute to you.I then went online to alphamanlyman.com. They were selling ***** growth oil. I could not find CBD on their website. I then used an iPad. Safari prompted: This connection is not private. The website may be impersonating "147.182.184.148" to steal your personal or financial information. You should go back to the previous page. Safari warns you when a website uses a certificate that is not valid. This transaction was probably executed on my android cell phone, without me being aware of it.

    they quoted a price online which was different than the one I was charged, when I called to return the product because I did not approve the purchase for that amount, they told me I could not because they get to choose when a refund can be made, the guy told me they only refund for full products and I told him that is what I purchased, 5 bottles of the whole product.

    On December 22, 2022 this company charged my account $119 they instead of the $89.95 it initially said. So I called asking to completely cancel the order informing them that I didn’t want their product or anything to do with their company due to this misleading info. The lady named Marsh said it’s too late for them to do anything and the product would need to be received then returned. I argued further than she claim she issued a 50% refund but it would take 7-10 business days for me to see the credit. It never happened. I just took the loss but then on February 22 they charged my account $59.95 and when I called the same woman Marsh informed me that I was locked into a subscription and I informed her that I was explicit about not wanting their products or anything to do with them when I called in December I then requested a refund at which point she told me it was too late to do anything so I’d have to wait for the product then return it. I had to contact my financial institution to cancel my card and now have the inconvenience of waiting and they still haven’t refunded me any money that I’ve requested please help BBB.

    I initially purchased alpha male xl and received the product. At that time they did not tell me it was an automatic shipment and bill to my card. They sent me another 3 and I called to return it and stop the automatic shipment. They completed this and sent me a confirming email. They then told me to wait 24 hours and I would receive a RMA number. I dis not and called back the next day with the same result. And again on the 21st, same result. I called again today and they are now not answering their phone during business hours.

    Hello and thank you for giving us an opportunity to explain. The customer was waiting to be refunded for a return. That return had not been processed which is why the refund had not been issued.
