    My grandson had his car towed to my house by **** and drop, towing and recovery. The kid that towed his truck had absolutely no clue what he was doing. First of all he drove up on my lawn and made a U-turn onto my lawn, came towards my house, dropped the flatbed onto my concrete driveway, when he did that, he broke the end of the driveway.As he was taking the truck off of the flatbed, the truck came off of the flatbed and leaned to the right. He got it off of the flatbed and just left it in the middle of my driveway and took off. I tried to call the company at *********** which is the number they have listed and it tells me that that number is not in service, and there is no other number for it , so I have a broken driveway, the and no way to contact this company to let them know its their responsibility to fix it. I have the entire thing on camera and on the camera it shows no break in concrete whatsoever before this company delivered my grandsons truck.unfortunately it says the picture and video are to large to upload on here

    Thank you for your complaint sorry to say that Dripdrop may not be in the company that delivered your vehicle if you are in the state of ******* but on top of that, thats nine out of 10 chances that your concrete was broken by Dripdrop using a flatbed its kind of hard to do unless they took the flat concrete but if you wanna send us that video you could, theres no way that our company is responsible for concrete unless youre foundation was never done right You can send that video to ********************************

    I am rejecting this response because:I received a phone call from the company saying he sold all of his flat beds 2 months ago at Auction but will find the info about who bought it and get back to me, Then he started texting me asking questions about the incident and the following:
    good morning I requested pictures from the driver and if after investigating, I will repair the small broken concrete at the end of the driveway. Not sure how this happened but for a $30 tow I will be looking into this.I replied,that was fine. Then he told me the driver was wearing a body cam which I replied, thats a good thing to do.So for someone who doesnt own the company he offered to fix their damage and do an investigation. Then he asked for before and after pictures of the driveway which I sent to him and also uploaded them here. I requested the info for the owner of the truck since he claims its not him but only received text messages written above in this message.
    I sent him the pic of the truck and asked why they are using his logo and he said they have 2 mos in the state of Fl to change over the information on the truck.
    He also contacted my grandson and told him to take down his negative rating against him. How did he get my grandsons rating if it wasnt his company since the rating was supposedly on whoever delivered the truck to me?

    Review of this case review the complaint check into it. Customer is complaining that her drive way was broken we let her know we dont own any flatbed anymore or do service in that area but we know who purchase the truck in will ranch to them to help resolve the issue. After trying to get them to resolve I find out the drive way was already broken base on the company body cam

    I contacted the BUISNESS for the supposed new owners info all he gave me was a name and said its not a BUISNESS he will not provide me with anymore info so I can settle this. It was his companys truck that was here and delivered the truck.I did contact him today and said Id be contacting an atty if I do not receive the information I need for the so called person he says owns the company. I text him and said since he was sending me text from the owner he had the contact info. His response was,Please do whatever you got to. I then told him I know he is the owner. He has no intention on helping with this situation..

    I have the entire thing on video and this driver never got out of his truck before he dropped the flat bed and never moved the flatbed to see where the driveway was cracked so not understanding how his video cam showed anything on the driveway. When he approached my property the driver drove up on my lawn across the whole lawn and turned around dropped the flat bed and as he moved the flat bed he dropped the truck have way off the side then just left it took out his phone took pics of truck got back in his truck and left. Not at anytime was he able to see the edge of the driveway. He also let the truck in neutral on a decline. Thank God it didnt roll back into my house. The person answering this claim says he is NOT the owner doesnt do towing in Fl yet he is very involved and refuses to give me the info of the company  who delivered the truck. Just told me his name is *************************.. I would like to see that body cam video. The video I have is too long to send in a message, but I will be more than happy to send it in an email to whoever needs to have it but I would also like a copy of that body cam video because its not my driveway that that body can picked up. Hope this gets taken care of before I have to contact an attorney. And clothes is a picture of my driveway before he delivered the truck from my driveway camera.

    I am rejecting this response because: ****************** is not being honest. He has not tried to give me any information on the company that used his business truck. On May 5,2024 this company posted on ******** flatbeds then on 25th of May they posted a video using flatbeds, (I tried to send a picture of it, but it says its too big or not the right type of file),so for this gentleman to say they do not have flatbeds is a total lie. I would see no reason to advertise a company uses flatbeds if they sold all the flatbeds 2 months before that post. like I said, before, I would love to see the video from that body cam, because looking at the videos around my house, this gentleman did not have a body cam on that I could see, so for him to say that my driveway was broken is a flat out lie. I will be seeking legal advice on this matter since this gentleman refuses to be honest. If the driver was wearing a body cam, how did this gentleman know that if he doesnt own the company or know how to get in touch with the owner that the delivery person was working for? Why would he be going back-and-forth with me if this was not his truck and his driver or his self? I dont really know if it was him or not because I dont know him. My camera covers the whole entire driveway and the area around it. The driver drove across my front lawn, turned around, drove up down my driveway and dropped his flatbed at the edge of my driveway. He was I believe not qualified to drive a tow truck.. I am willing to share my video, but would also like to see The body cam video where this gentleman says my driveway was already broken. I believe this flatbed and company is owned by the gentleman communicating back-and-forth on BBB with me.
