    I paid for 2 sets of passport pictures; just to be sure I could upload them and provide a copy if required. However, during the process of taking the picture, it wasn't until I re-adjusted my glasses that the clerk recalled that glasses were not allowed. When I uploaded the pictures to immigration site, I found out although I could smile, however my lips were to remain closed which was not the case ont he pictures. So I went back to tell them the reason of the rejection. The clerk told me she was not aware of that and she will verify if that was the case; she came back and confirm that was indeed the case. in fact she read loud, my lips should not be split an no teeth should be shown. Then she said I had to pay for the service again. The manager came and was very rude and told me they gave me the service I paid for in order for them to retake the pictures I would have to pay. I pointed out to them that they offered a service which I relied on their expertises and that was the reason I paid them because I relied on them to tell me how and what? He bluntly told me he would not refund me. To have me pay for a service which I could not use and did not even say he would offer a discount, but bluntly "you paid for a picture and we gave you one." If I wanted just a picture, I could have used my phone, but passport pictures the are specific requirements so I came to your store because you have a sign "Passport pictures" so, I relied on that. The last time I took a passport picture was nearly 4 years ago, they told me how to pose or ... I paid $27.93 down the drain.
