    Inspire construction. Give me a price to do a deep well, wanted 50% down, which was $5500. Give them the money in may plenty of excuses why they could not. Do the job, so there's gonna give me refund.Never got the refund call.Never get an answer These guys are crooks.

    During the last week of March 2024 the business agreed to dig and install a water well at my property at ************************************. The agreement was verbal first then, the owner came in person to the property and confirmed the agreement. I agreed to pay $6,500 for the job to be completed. The price included materials. I paid the business $2,500 as a first payment upfront. On April 9th 2024 the work was initiated with 2 hours of work performed by the business. At that time, they took a water tank that I had purchased because they were going to attach it to the pump. Afterwards, the owner informed me that he had run out of materials, had ordered more, and would let me know when he could return to complete the job. Since then, I have been calling and texting to ask when he would return. On May 28th they told me they would return on June 2 to complete the job. On June 1st I received a message that his equipment was broken and he would not be able to complete the job on June 2nd. At that time, they offered a refund if I could not wait for their equipment to be repaired since he did not know when it would be fixed. Since June 3rd I have been texting and calling with no response. I have proof of payment via zelle. I would like to be reimbursed and for my 25 gallon tank, which was taken by the owner, to be returned. I also have text evidence of the conversations with the business.

    on May 1, 2023 I enter contract with Samuel F******* of Inspire Construction to replace two french doors, replace 2 other door, floor and ceiling repair & light painting. Job 10,434.90. He required a 50% deposit a check given for $5,217,45. He stated he had to order materials. The agreement is that he would start the last week in May no later than first week in June. We agreed that the french door might take a while for the order he was to place to come in, he would start the other work.

    Mr F******* failed to call or show up. I had to constantly reach out to him. He gave me multiple excuses such as, twice truck broke down, running over on another job, no workers, material issues. He continued to fail to show up even when he actually set June 8, 2023 truck broke down. July 18, 2023 after a no show I contacted him & he said truck trouble again. He promise to call but never did. Then said he had a Wake to attend and send me a picture of the deceased, but no called nor rescheduled.

    I then demand to see the receipts for the door he supposedly ordered. That he said would take 90day, then another excuse it would take 120 days more. To date he was never provided me with receipt of doors ordered nor did he show up to do the work.

    I threatened him to take him to court. On July 27, 2023 he sent a text stating he was 100% responsible and would return my deposit. That he would pay $2000.00 the following week, and $1000.00 biweekly until debt paid off.
    He made multiple excuse’s that it in the mail, on August 12 he put the check in my door for $2000.00 upon me threatening to report him to you, BBB.

    To date I have not received anymore funds or communication from him . He has not responded to text nor calls. He presently owes me my balance refund deposit of $3,217.45

    Sam F****** Of Inspire Construction and Development on 10.22.22 received a deposit from me (via credit card payment) in the amount of $2291.61 to install an outdoor pool shower at my home. Since that time he has provided numerous excuses and reasons for not doing the project including: the weather is too cold: does not have helpers: too busy: and starting in May informed me that he is out of the country in Dubai and could not do the work: In June he advised that he would be returning to Orlando and he would contact me or provide a refund.

    Since mid June 2023: He has not provided a refund nor has he responded, to numerous emails: text messages and voice mails to his phone. Obviously, this company and person have no intent to perform on the deposit.

    I warn all potential customers to aware: and not be another victim of this person dishonest and fraudulent behavior!

    Therefore, I am requesting that the BBB assist in procuring my refund of $2,291.61 asap.
