    A refund in the amount of $1,178.55 has been agreed to by the resort however, they have split the refund up between myself and ex-husband, even though the purchased amount was not paid for by my ex. The credit card on file and used for the reservation that was agreed to be refunded was solely in my name, no joint account, with proof provided. In an effort to retain my ex-husbands future business, they have sided with his false allegations and have ignored Florida Statues as it relates to the process of refunding the original purchaser. I am in receipt of half of the refund and demand the remaining balance of $589.28. Emails confirming the consent of refund have been uploaded along with the photocopy of the half refund. I need the rest and will not stop with appropriate authorities until this is resolved as this is a complete violation of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA).
