    I would like to file a complaint regarding my apartment at ***** at ******** in *******, *******. The property management to that company is *** whom the complaint is for as well. Ive been dealing with an unresolved mold issue for several months. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests, but they have been terminated and marked as resolved without anyone coming to the unit to inspect or address the mold.I have repeatedly gone to the office, sent multiple emails, and submitted written letters, yet nothing has been done. The office has been very rude, particularly the maintenance management. Despite reaching out to the property management, KPM Management, they have not taken any meaningful action. Theyve only responded to me once despite several follow-up emails.On top of this, my A/C has been out for weeks now. During my pregnancy, I became high-risk due to respiratory issues caused by the mold. My healthcare provider explained to me that she cannot prove that it was from the mold, but suggested I leave the unit soon as possible and prescribe me an inhaler I have since given birth, and my unit remains over 90 every single day, making it uninhabitable.I followed the statute and withheld my rent, but when I sought legal advice, I was told that withholding rent might not help my situation. when refusing to pay rent and withholding it, the apartments still didnt do anything. The only thing they did was threaten to evict us. I am desperately seeking help or assistance to resolve this issue. The conditions are not only unacceptable but also dangerous for my newborn, my one-year-old, my spouse, and me. Hello Most of my money has gone toward paying for hotels because our unit is unlivable. I would like to request reimbursement for the hotel expenses, food that was lost, multiple fans that were bought that should have gone toward rent. Any help or assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.P.S I have a lot more proof but couldnt add everything
