    Do not buy anything from this *****. He's the next cop and he thinks that gives him the right to rip everybody off. We paid him $5,000 for a motor with two bed cylinders that is now in the junkyard. I wouldn't buy a tricycle from him.

    Stay away. Will is a *****. Sold me an outboard motor in Feb of 2023 and advertised that it ran perfectly. Well when I got it from him, before I used it, I checked the lower unit fluid and noted a lot of large metal shavings. This prompted me to remove the lower unit and check the gears. Every gear including the main shaft was destroyed and 100% junk. Yes the motor started, but thats all. It could not go into forward or reverse, and luckily I didnt try until after I spent $1000 fixing the motor I was told ran perfectly. When I contacted Will Powers, he was furious I took the lower off and checked it, before running it. I believe he wanted me to use it and state I destroyed it and it was my fault. Well, I never used it before checking it over throughly. Good thing I did. There is no possible way he did not know this was a junk motor, this is what he does for a living or at least a side business. He also tried to keep the stainless steel prop, that he had in the sales picture, and wanted extra for it. In the end, he would not provide a refund, he was furious I checked the motor before using it and caught him sell junk. He did return $400, out of the ******* plus $500 shipping, but I still paid $1000 to repair a **** motor. He totally ripped me off. Please, save yourself the headache, he is very dishonest and difficult to work with when you catch him in his lies.
