I would not write to BBB if "the tech/owner" would have responded to my requests and repaired the leaks.I have had the same leaking issues in my 8ft x 13ft spa for the past 4 years. I keep using this company to find the leaks and perform the repairs. What a mistake on my part because it has never been repaired correctly and would start leaking 1-2 months after. April 8, 2024- I had the technician (owner-CEO) come out and it turned out to be the same issues/leaks as the past 4 years. He tried charging me $300 after his visit and I was shocked about the quote. He said I would never charge less than $300. I knew I had never paid him or any other person more than $150, but couldn't locate the receipts from prior visits until after he was gone. He took advantage of me. He claimed he would give me a discount and that he would be back to fix the problem in the next 2-3 days. He said, the part is not expensive and he wouldn't charge me any more. I gave him a $250 check, which he cashed right away. I texted him and called him a few days later asking when he would get by to fix it. He didn't respond right away but responded a few days later stating he was sick and that it would have to be the following week which was April 23rd. I called him twice on this day. He did not answer, however, we texted back in forth right after he failed to answer my calls and he said the place didn't have the part and that he is doing me a favor by fixing it for me becuase he usually doesn't do this type of repair. Excuses!! FAVOR? I paid $250 for nothing....We already knew where the leaks were. They haven't changed in the last 4 years. I just wanted them to be fixed permanently. BTW: He smelled of alcohol when he showed up at 1:00 pm and blamed it on the onions he had on his sub. To resolve this, I want my full refund of $250 for the wasted water used to keep filling the spa for many months/years, the aggravation/stress, the time passed, and the future repairs. He is ignoring me.

    Hello,

I did not see the first email response that BBB sent to me asking for more information to my case.  Therefore, this is dragging out due to my negligence.

*********** I am submitting a complaint for, did not give me an invoice or a receipt of payment of $250 for the services that I never received. The date of his service was last month on April 10th. However, I wrote him a check on this date.  He has ignored all of my calls and texts to complete the job that he comitted in doing.  Plus, he overcharged me at least $100 and has come to my house a few times in the past never fixing the problem.  I just want my money back and I can hire another reputable company to fix the leak in my spa/pool.  ************ is my number.
