Paid $550 for errant bad service. The flag on the leak was not detected by plumber. Less than 24 hours later. Possible multiple leaks along long pipe the tech "promised "never happens. I have multiple other complaints with service from tech *** arrival beyond this incorrect flag. Bottom line No help at all fir service mis***resentef on phone by *** and at home. ******* **** was given a full refund. We have video evidence that proves the leak was under a tree but she is so difficult to deal with washed our hands of her by giving the money back. Other plumbers have walked off of her property because she is so difficult. How many complaints do you have from ******* **** on the BBB?Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: They lie. I have many videos from several plumbers showing the plumbing line is many feet from their flag. Several different plumbers i paid to dig up under their flag found no pipe. The pipe goes completely out to under driveway pavers and had to be completely replaced due to their incompetence. Imagine paying plumbers to dig up lawn and dirt 3 feet down around a flag and find no line at all! The line was feet away and completely laid far away and perpendicular from their flag. I have multiple videos of appalled plumbers. Videos of the line! I cannot attach or believe me, i would. This company wasted my time and money on plumbers, pushing gas into wet dirt-raining- and they proved thoroughly incompetent. Telling me i should remove this complaint because they refunded my money. That is bribery. They should not do this to people.
