    08/06/2023 $21.28 After owing me a refund one person who said he was a manager ***** told me to come in whenever to correct the problem, he stated he couldnt refund me but could replace the food(which I was fine with) I was in the ****************** area and decided to stop by to order food(I called 10 minutes prior to verify ***** was working and the offer still stands which it did) I pulled up to the drive through to order the same food on the receipt once I pulled to the window the Assistant manager immediately came to the window asking what was the problem I tried explaining to her then she remembered me from the incident then proceeded to say I already told you Im not giving you s*** Your problem isnt with us its with corporate I then tried to explain corporate only sends out responses to the ** to refund the order but I never got a reply from the Gm. Her words were my general manager already handled you, you already got a refund (which I never did) she then starts accusing me of giving them an insurance company number instead of the number I called. She then said its from two months ago and I basically need to get over it. I want whats owed back to me. I paid for the order twice but only received one order at a different location over 35 miles away. She then starts yelling to her brother ***** how she wasnt giving me anything, she remembers me etc. I asked her for her gm information like I did several times in the past but she still refused to give it to me. I dont care if she didnt give the food I wouldve still paid but you cant talk to people like their trash or disrespect them then expect them to respect you. After I decided to match her energy she then says ** going to call the cops but called a group of friends to handle the matter. I then called the cops because I have nothing to hide and the situation was minor to me she tells the cops several lies which is backed up by her brother and friends.
