              See attached letter. As a 37 year Navy veteran, we chose to retire in the sunshine state. This is a combined Wilson and Darenkamp complaint as we both reside on Forest Hills Ln and EREC is forced to be our energy provider. Instead of Gulf. EREC is charging us a Solar Recovery Fee as we are being punished for using solar in our homes. Going solar in the sunshine state does have federal and some state incentives; and after talking to the company representative, we as the 50 or less solar users are being accused of disrupting services. My Solar company, Sun Farm Energy disputes EREC's claims and deem their Solar Recovery Fee as punishment to recover the money they lost when their customers went solar. This discourages future companies from going solar and preventing them from taking advantage of the federal / state incentives. Request removal of Solar Recovery Fee from Solar Customers. If they need to raise prices, it should be FOR ALL customers, and not punish us for going Solar.
