      This is a scam company. Full stop.Network Solutions is a fraudulent and dishonest company. They run shady billing practices, hide behind fine print, and trap people with unauthorized charges. Their business model is built on deception, not service.Avoid this company at all costs. They will steal your money and waste your time. Customer support is useless just scripted lies and delays.This is not a real business. Its a ******* NOT trust their website. Do NOT give them your credit card.Youve been warned.

      If there was one time I wish I could give a company a negative 100 star review it's this time!!!! I have done business first with ******* then Network Solutions for almost 12 years now... I even had them design my web site. I have been trying to resolve an issue with them for 4 weeks now, I have spoken with over 15 people and each one of them tells me how THEY WILL be the person who resolves my issue and take the resolution over the finish line.. then 1 week or 2 weeks pass and I reach out to get a status and then send me the SAME instructions that they sent me 4 weeks ago... Without exaggeration, I have probably spent 12 hours of my time on the phone with techs over the last 4 weeks. Today someone put me on hold for over 30 minutes. I have never been so frustrated with such a gross level of incompetence, unprofessionalism, inexperience, lack of customer service, disregard for customers and their issues and lack of skill and knowledge. I am now on the phone tech support who has generated my 5th Case #.... Oh and I was told that NO ONE in their support groups can proactively call clients like me.. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING GOING WITH NETWORK SOLUTIONS OR WEB. COM...DON'T DON'T DON'T DON'T.. You will NEVER get the level of customer support or attention you are looking for

      For over 20 years all I've had is a feeling of a "battered wife syndrome" feeling from these people. They treat you like $&it and, because you have married them when young, 21 years ago, they ignore all your complaints and blame you for ************* website has never performed well there and there has been at least 4 or 5 problems throughout these years. Lately, 4 or 5 per months. Al they do is blame the site itself and never offer any solutions, even when I've offered to pay their extra fees!They shouldn't be in business any longer and should realize they are as decrepit as my old website!

      A Shocking Display of Incompetence: My Experience with Network Solutions' Customer Support This companys support and systems are extremely outdated and unprofessionalalmost comically so. As a seasoned web developer, I have never encountered such poor customer service.Heres my experience: A client forwarded me a message from a Network Solutions sales representative. The email immediately raised red flagsit was riddled with misspellings, poor grammar, and a vague claim that they "couldn't figure out why our site was down." Isn't that the responsibility of tech support?To verify the legitimacy of the message, I contacted Network Solutions' support team. The representative confidently assured me, "No, it's a scam!" Alarmed, I immediately reached out to my client to warn him, only to learn he had already provided sensitive information, including his credit card details. I was deeply concerned about potential fraud.THEN! Network Solutions called me back with an unsettling update: "Sorry, we made a mistake! That person actually does work for us, but our IT and Sales teams are not properly aligned." When I requested a written explanation to clarify the misunderstanding for my client and alleviate his cybersecurity concerns, the response I received was so poorly written that it resembled spam itself.This level of incompetence is unacceptable. I will never work with this company again and will actively warn others to avoid experiencing the same treatment.

      Please do not use this company. We have used them over 8+ years. Their customer service department is a maze of people who have no idea what their doing and you end up having to pay for services you didn't need (then conveniently won't offer refunds) and if you have any issues with their hosting their IT people look into issues you are experiencing on their service and charge you to find out why their hosting is slow. When they don't resolve the issues they sill charge you. Their site is also antiquated compared to other sites and according to our website builder network solutions is the slowest he's ever come across. Not sure what the upside is.

      Network Solutions is shady as they come. A domain expired due to a bad CC exxpiration date. That was on us, they sent various notices to the domain, again bad on us for not seeing those but we rarely use the domain and those emails were in junk email, also hosted by them. Long story short, the domain went past it's 45 days, they "deleted" it and when we contacted them they said oh.. it's been deleted but you can buy it from our ********************* for $2899.00 for a domain we normally renew for $14.99 per year. Those are some shady business practices and wanted to report this. No phone calls were made to us only email and even though they still own the domain they wouldn't restore it for us. Never using them again. Ideally Zero Stars

      If I (f) could give zero stars, I would. I am not a client; I was scammed by one of their clients. This person used my card to pay for services. I've been trying to get my money back, which is almost $3k, and they are making it incredibly hard for me to get a refund. I've sent EVERYTHING they need. All they say is, "You did it wrong; you sent it to another department. The case is closed, then the case is open." I just want my money back, and they are making me run in circles. Worst service ever! They want me to download apps that I don't know anything about. I don't know what they do, but they want me to do things that they should have done since they started to verify that the client was using his card. That's right, a male client is using my card, and they can't prove that I am the account owner.

      We were introduced to this company 8 months ago. It was the website being used by a company we acquired. Dealing with this company has been nothing but a nightmare for the last 6 months. It has been down more than working. They refuse refund for inactive time , repairs are very short lived and customer chats have become useless. They now have locked our account and want $1400 to renew.

      I hesitate to even make this review - I have wasted so much of my life with this company. It is exhausting to even think about. I opened an account with ********************** for a very small state county conservation non-profit. I retired from this non-profit a year later, after over 2 decades with the *** A person stepped in to replace me - for all web site work and e-mail. We began the process of changing the Primary Contact with Network Solutions from me to the new individual. We inquired as to how to proceed and were given a long list of steps. We notarized the switch via public notary, the new person had to submit a copy of their driver's license, submit a copy of a personal billing to add credibility as to who they were claiming to be and had to submit the Non-Profit's by-laws, and their post office box, etc...We never heard back from Network Solutions...months went by...I to my retired life...the new replacement as the Primary Contact. But nothing changed for the new Primary Contact, and the billing and all communications kept going to me.The new Primary Contact and I "each" went through many, many more hours on "hold" and via live support after this and were told we would have to resubmit everything as nothing had been done. (This was many, many, months after our first submission for changing "Primary Contact".After we (The new Primary Contact and I) went through the whole process all over again, with the NEW Primary Contact person having to recreate newer documents, only to have the renewed second effort fall on deaf ears...I was still listed as the Primary Contact a year and a half later.The replacement person took the next year wasting their time with Network Solutions and finally gave up in such frustration that the new Primary Contact just quit...quit trying...quit the job.I still receive notices for the account, and finally gave up trying to reason with them (Network Solutions). 4 years later - still nothing resolved.
