    Review for Simply Shutters Very Disappointing Experience I had a very poor experience with Simply Shutters. When they came to install, there was a -inch gap between the window and the blind, and their solution was to caulk the gap, which looked completely unprofessional. When I expressed concerns and said the product wasnt acceptable, I was told to just do it anyway and that they do this all the time.This is not the level of quality or service I expected. To make matters worse, they kept my deposit, which was half the total cost, even after I made it clear I wasnt satisfied. It seems like taking a large upfront payment is part of how they operate leaving customers with little recourse if something goes wrong.I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. Poor customer service, questionable practices, and zero accountability. Buyer beware.
