    ******* and ****** did a great job of replacing all our downspouts. They were very skilled at what they were doing as each pipe was cut to the right length the first time and made to fit perfectly into each corner piece. They also secured each downspout to easily withstand a heavy storm. I was also impressed at the speed at which they worked and how they can custom fit each downspout as they worked on different areas around our house. We will definitely use Home ResQ again in the future and we highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of work. Thanks!

    I write this as a warning. They are never going to be finished on schedule. They will never finish job in a professional manner. Even after they finally returned to do their punch out, I still have several issues that need attention. Baseboards incomplete. Closet doors that had guides, no longer have glides, they just sway in and out now. I was Never told about unlevel floors, so spaces all throughout my home where baseboards dont meet the floor. There are things that I would have liked to do for that, but never saw it till after they were done. I guess they dont care or arent aware that this can be addressed. They never mentioned it to me. Payments are due before, during and before punch out, even before that actually. **** is arrogant and is never wrong, although he did tell me that the only perfect human was ***********************. I guess that means he is second most perfect human? NOT! Damages done to me arent their responsibility. The mess they left was also my responsibility. The things missing couldnt have been his men as they are all good ********* men.
