Paid for cabinets and countertop to be installed. For the first part of the job, the cabinets were installed on 06/13/2023. For this part of the job we paid half up front and half when completed. Then the owner, ****, asked for the money up front for the countertops, an additional $4000.00 to what we already paid. Now it it is 11/21/2023 and still no countertops. We have left messages and texts for the owner and have not received any communication in response. The last communication we had with him was back in September where he told us he was not going to "BS" us anymore. And told us he would get it done in the next two weeks. Nothing since then. Pending any outcome from this, I am prepared to move forward with a law suit for restitution. Thank you,

I ordered and put a down payment on maple wood doors that were to be painted white cream. I paid more because I didnt want laminate cupboards like I had in my kitchen. After they installed them the installer told me they were laminate and guaranteed for a lifetime thats not what I ordered and thats not what I paid for and they arent completed yet. When I looked at the products the laminate they quoted me was way cheaper than the painted Maplewood doors. That is not what they installed. Is the owner a deposit of $8500 he insisted on a check otherwise I wouldve been charged more if I put it on my credit card. He began to install the doors which were ordered which ordered in May and he kept giving me excuses why they werent here now theyre working on them and they are not maple. I did not order laminate. I can no longer trust him because they did not complete the job and they did not put the right cabinets in. I can no longer trust him because they did not complete the job and they did not put the right cabinets in. They insisted I paid the next payment of $7440 even though the job is not completed I did pay the owner. When I found out they were the wrong doors I canceled the check. We still have more work to be done on the kitchen. The sink and the counter tops. I believe they were subcontracted. Here are the things they said they would do but they refused. I now have a kitchen ripped apart with the wrong doors and no telling when it will be done. The job he didnt complete was much cheaper was much cheaper than the job I ordered. I was unable to contact them via the phone.
