      They will charge you an arm and a leg for parts that should be covered. They charged me $950 for a part covered under warranty and 10 minutes to install. SMH. Shop around. They are known for overcharging customers.

      Horrible Service. Nothing but lie after lie after lie from their home office. HUGE turnover of employees. Run Away Fast. Do NOT even consider using this company. Our referral was through Lowe's. We purchased a new a/c-Heating unit. Lennox.unit with warranty. 8 months later it died. Schedule many times for a tech to come out to repair and time and time again they are no shows. Unit and pad totally unlevel. Very bad long term for the unit. 6 weeks later they replace with a new unit. 1 week later it dies. There was a hole in the refrigeration line. It took 3 days to get a tech out to repair. So many no shows by technicians, never a call from the office. When we call them back the office at ******* just gives us more excuses and lies as to why they were a "No Show" Today is the 3rd day in a row they are No Shows to level our unit. Always another excuse with ******* on their failures. Do not use this company.

      In 2020 we bought 3 split units from the company for $10000. Since then 1 unit had to be replaced the second year. Now a second unit needs a compressor, under warranty but we can't afford the $1800. for labor and freon and last night the third unit starting blowing warm air. We are seniors on fixed incomes and can't afford to repair units that we are already making monthly payments on. These units are only 4 years old but we can't afford their labor!! Not sure if it's the Lennox units or they weren't installed properly. Stay away from *****'s unless you have money to burn.******* & *****

      We have a service contract prepaid for service. The service performed was overcharged for a clean and a ** light installed. We paid $1700.0 and that included a 10 percent discount. We are seniors and retired military and feel they took advantage of us by not telling us how much the ** light would cost. They said the job would cost $1800 and the repair tech would be able to take care of our air conditioner. We did have a little mold and bacteria on the coils etc and we did agree to have the service done. We later found out the part installed cost $180.00 for the ** light and the balance was for cleaning. Something is wrong and we feel we were overcharged and would like an refund.

      This is worst company to deal with..STAY AWAY..I had new unit installed 4 plus yrs ago..EVERY TIME their techs come out they seem to find expensive parts that need to replaced,,,BEWARE Of JEFF & MATT..2 of the worst I had a part replaced in January Matt showed up for seasonal inspection..low & behold he found same part bad cost me 1st time 430 dollars this time told me it was all under guarantee..but he added a new price to another part he claims was bad..That part was under warranty but when they cam back out to replace it I was given a bill of $1034.00..This unit worked fine before this guy got here Same thing happened last yr before Jeff showed up..he said unit was under warranty and he replaced a fan motor to the tune of $925..This company tells their service people to find things to replace Company makes money and techs get commission.I will be report this company and these 2 techs to BBB and State Of Florida Consumer Protection Dept..Never did either of these 2 techs return to put parts in Company sends salary guys to deal with customers..NEVER WILL THIS COMPANY EVER STEP ON MY PROPERTY AGAIN....I hope Fl pulls their licenses..BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

      I bought new ac 5yrs ago. Ever since then something is wrong everytime the serv men come I have to drop monies, first 200usd and now 880usd!!!! Plus a maintenance fee of 26dollars a month!!! That's horrible! I would not recommend them at all
