    ****** Spearing the owner was paid $13900 for half of the estimate he gave me of $27,800 for a used mobile home and setup ($7000 for the mobile home), demolition and disposal of a boat and mobile home and removal of a couple trees and clearing an acre of land. He cleared about 1/2 acre but left shrubs and tree debris everywhere and roots and garbage everywhere. He was also paid on 2 different days $1000 each time as a draw against the remaining balance. He delivered the mobile home a week late and didnt hook up anything correct and did not anchor or tie down the mobile home. He told my boyfriend he wasnt coming unless he was paid the remaining cost so my boyfriend gave him the other in a cashiers check of $11,900, He said hed be back the next day to finish the job , bring a hot water heater , dispose of the boat and debris and dispose of the frame from a mobile home. He left and never came back! He wont answer calls or texts for about 2 weeks now. My yard looks horrible, *** had to pay a plumber $2500 to fix the plumbing he screwed up and a hot water heater. A Mobile home repair company $1200 to strap and anchor the mobile home, an electrician $800 to fix wires that ****** cut that shouldnt have been . The electrical was also above ground so the electrician also had to dig and bury the electrical. Ive had to have people come cut up and haul off debris and the trailer frame and I have to pay the county dump to dispose of the boat he was suppPosed to demolish. I am so upset and would like to recoup some of my money. I feel he is a thief and took advantage of me and I dont know why! Im honestly a poor country girl who only had a small amount of money because my sister and I just sold my moms property because she recently passed away. And he knew that and totally took advantage of me and the situation.

    The check issued for $13,900 was the first cashier check given to him , I gave him 2- $1000 draws towards the balance and then a cashier check for $11,900. 
    I never had a contract just the estimate. I signed one but he never would give me a copy of it.

    Cashiers check for $13,900 2- &1000 cash draws against the balance I still owed and a cashier check for $11,900 and I never saw him again!
