    11/8/2022 met with Luis and paid $100 cash deposit for the installation of 2 closet doors. I have the receipt. I also have his business card. Called him at least 6 times and texted him at least 8 times. He is not returning any calls or texts. Asked for deposit back and to date there has been no response from him. Please help. Thank you.

    In my defense, I had every intention of installing the doors at his rental property, ON numerous occasions I called him and no one answered. When I did speak to him, I requested him to set up a time and date with this tenants and let me know. He gave me the tenants phone number. I called them at least 3 times and had no response.

    On Nov. 26, 2022, I had a brain aneurysm and was in the ICU unit of Bayonet PT Hospital in Hudson, FL for 2 1/2 weeks.I recovered enough to be placed in their telemetry unit. Eventually I was discharged to home care on 12/15/23. I had physical and occupational therapy and follow up visits with my doctors until being cleared for part time light duty work on 1/17/23. At my last visit with my neurologist, I was told how lucky I was to be here and to be as functional as I am. During that time period I was in no condition to conduct any business transactions.  Although I am now working part time, my finances are tight. I have every intention to return him his deposit .
