An absolute joke of a company, they towed our vehicle approx a hour before our time was up in ***************, with documents to prove the fee has been paid. Upon calling they advised we are responsible to find our own ride to the yard with no reimburse, after doing so we arrive at the yard to find our vehicle. The worker had a smart mouth and immediately said I see the problem, the system didnt take your whole plate number therefore its his fault hes got a c*** system, not ours. He would not release our vehicle without paying $200 to get it. This company NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. just read everyone elses experiences on here and ****** theyre s******* so many people out of hard earned money.

We understand your frustration, but wed like to clarify a few points. Our company is hired strictly to enforce the parking rules that are clearly posted on the property. At the time of enforcement, the system showed no valid pass associated with the vehicles license plate, which is why the vehicle was removed.

If a plate number is entered incorrectly when paying for parking, the system wont recognize the paymentthis is not a failure on our end. As for transportation, like most enforcement companies, we do not provide rides to the tow yard.

Our team followed all proper procedures during this process. Were always open to reviewing the matter further with anyone directly and respectfully.

These people are extremely unethical, liars, and unprofessional. I was visiting, and paid to park. There were several cars that are the same in the lot. It was dark, and I accidentally paid for the wrong car. As it was a rental. But, I paid! I came back to them, well before my time was up to them towing my car. The workers said there was nothing they could do but charge me to give it back in this lot. But, that they were only the workers and I had to call their boss. I call the number on the side of the truck. He tells me he is just dispatch, and while he understands it was an honest mistake, he wasnt the owner, and had to charge me. I called the number upon returning home again in an effort to speak to a manager. The man, *******, answered. He tells me he was the one in the lot whom I said was rude. As I believed he and his side kick were. I ask ******* if I can speak to a manager, and now, ******* is all the sudden the manager. He hangs up on me. I call another number, this *** says he is calling the police on me. I would steer clear of these ***s for any towing needs! Im sure ************* has multiple options. I would give you a zero if I could. I also run a multi million dollar business, and I know you do t gain new business or trust when you cant figure out if you are in charge or not.

During Hurricane ****** I sought safety in ***************. Unbeknownst to me, *************** has a lot of towing zones. I was so exhausted preparing for this storm and driving to the east coast with my 5 year old granddaughter. They knew the situation I was in. I was forced to drag my granddaughter out in tropical storm weather to retrieve my vehicle. They had no empathy of the situation and cared more about collecting their money.

We are very sorry for your situation and hope that you and your granddaughter are safe in ***************, where hurricane did not affect us.

Unfortunately, while you stay in our beautiful city, you still required to follow all rules and laws. That includes paying for parking.

If i could give negative stars i would. This company is predatory. Paid almost $40 to park for a few hours to have a fun filled day at the beach. Because Im not familiar w the area, it took me about 10 mins after expiration to find the lot again and my car, GONE. Witnesses at the lot that saw me scared and worried said the towing truck was waiting for cars to expire like predators. One man who was a tourist said they had towed their car the day before and another woman same thing that was staying at a local hotel. When i called the man automatically w out much information knew the car i was calling about. He was incredibly rude and even hung up on me the. Texts me the address for pick up. Before hanging up he had said $171 to get my car but he ended up charging me almost $176.and the amount of shadiness when they first thing he said was you can pay me w ******When i got there the man had so many gold chains it was blinding. Theres a special kind of thing evil to this job that really aims to s**** over the people. This needs to be stopped and i will be addressing this to the city consumer affairs and commerce.******** over the people w this parking lots that stalk vehicle waiting for 1 min late customers that had paid for the day, to do to them, theres no other words than financial predators, nothing more

Your pass was expired for 40+ minutes and you decided to save money and didnt pay again. Thats why your car was towed.
You have to have valid parking pass all the time while your car is parked at the lot.

    Very simple.

Penalty for being overtime was excessive. The only way to pay was in 2 hour chunks. The machine to pay did not work and the app called Honk which was shown on machine was not even found on Apple. All parking apps Ive seen give you a warning when your time is set to expire and an option to add small amounts of additional time. There was no options available here since there was no working app or notifications. Probably because they want to nail you with the $75 to have the boots taken off your car. This is a predatory business that should not be allowed to deal with people! They are purposely murky and confusing to steal from you !! This should not be legal to treat customers like this in such a predatory way!!!

My 17 year old daughter went to the beach for the first time by herself. She paid for parking but machine did not give her the ticket. She did not think it would matter since she put the license plate number in. Since she didnt have the ticket on the dash they towed her car. When I went to the yard to pick up the car, the people in front of me the same thing had happened to them. They had paid for the parking but didnt put the ticket on the dash and they towed their car away. If you read all the reviews, this seems to be a scam between the parking lot and the tow company. Please open up an investigation on these two companies.

Hello and thank you for reaching us.

We have to inform you that parking lots have sings at the entrances and at the meters that are saying that you car will be towed if you ticket is not displayed face up on the dashboard. These are rules of the private parking lot and everyone has to follow them. Including you daughter.

And second, meter did print the ticket. That how these machines operate. If theres no paper, machine is not working at all (no entering license plate or accepting payments).

So all we have here - ignorance of parking rules. Nothing more. For the next time follow rules displayed on signs and everything will be alright

    Thank you

They need to shut this business down! I do not understand how these people can continue to operate. The Russian guy at the window when picking up my car would not give us our car because we did not feel safe for him to go in our car himself. After asking him if I can go with him to grab the registration, he told me to if you have a problem with that, call the cops and slammed the window. I kept knocking on the window trying to be civil and he then told me if I won't stop knocking, he will shoot me. Needless to say, I called the cops Case # **************. Officer **** was understanding and helpful. These people are a bunch of *****!
