    June ******* Rykers Tree Service came to my home to trim the oak tree in front of my home.When he arriv** we stood in front of my house discussing the way he would trim it.I stay** outside.I heard a very loud noise follow** by another noise of a branch landing on my metal vent on the first floor I could not see because he was in that spot in his bucket.After I paid him and he left I walk** over to where he had been trimming .Apparently the branches hit the fascia on the second floor and caus** a hole and tore off the corner of the fascia on the front of the house .The branch finally land ** on the first floor and smash** the metal vent above the garage.I call** him and he came out and look** and said he didn't do it He also brought a man with him who said Idon't have to work I only work for him because he is honest.He refus** to accept responsibility for the damage.I got estimates for the repairs.I call** him asking for his insurance company and he refus** to give it He also stat** that if I take him to small claims court he will counter sue for his time.I understand that accidents unfortunately happen in this type of business and that is why they should have insurance.He refuses to accept responsibility for this.The damage is right in the front of the house so I am facing fines from the *********** this damage is fix** He should stand by his work

    I am completely confident that we did not damage the homeowner's property or structure. The tree we trimmed was small, and we did not remove anything that could cause damage. We used a 72-foot spider lift to trim the tree from above the roof without stepping on it. The homeowner was very pleased with our service at the time.

    However, two weeks later, she contacted us, accusing us of damaging her roof. She initially claimed she was inside the house when she heard a loud bang, but later said she was in the backyard when the alleged damage occurred. I visited the property to assess the situation and took photos. Upon inspection, it appeared that the wood was rotted. We will provide these pictures as evidence.

    I want to emphasize that we take pride in our work and would never act irresponsibly. It seems the homeowner may be trying to take advantage of the situation.
