    I took my iPhone 13 Pro to this place because nothing else was open on a Sunday around the holidays. My screen got damaged while I was trying to remove a glass protector that was there for a while. There was a very nice old man who fixed my phone under 30 minutes, but my phone Screen did not last Long. I do not live in the area so I waited about a month or so to go back and fix it because I paid $200 4the service. Once I got there, I was mistreated by a woman accusing me of dropping phone saying theyre not going2fix it. I was trying to explain2her that I had not dropped phone&that this was happening a few days after they fixed it. She went on to argue w/me without listening2me as customer. She kept talking over me¬ listening2 what I was saying. Then the guy in the back-*******, who also doesnt speak English came out2see what was going on&agreed2fix my screen. When he finally fixed it, he apologized&explained2me that first ****** who fixed it The first time, did not put the correct screen. Within a few days, my phone screen started acting up again, having dark spots&lines Until It finally stopped working completely. I took my phone back yesterday bc ******* had advised that any problem that I had within six months I could come back and he would fix it for me. When I got there yesterday again I was mistreated. I was accused of dropping the phone And they were very argumentative with me as a customer. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. They are very rude, argumentative, unprofessional. I dont know how they stay in business. He argued and argued until he agreed to fix it for me. He advised me to leave the phone and he will fix it for me in a couple of hours. I come back in two hours and then he tells me that he called the owner **** who told him not to fix it. I want my money back. I recorded them saying they will fix it and when I came back, it was not fixed. I have the audio recording. I just cannot it to this site for some reason.
