On April 12th, Alex ******************** agreed to fix our sprinkler pump that was not working. They replaced the damaged water pump with motor and timer, including parts and labor (Invoice #***** for $873.00). On April 18th, sprinkler system was still not working and they charged us (Invoice #***** $85.00) for troubleshooting and they had to replace another part. On April 25th, they replaced timer for water pump and dismantle all pipes of the water pump and install a new timer (Invoice #***** $195.00. On April 28th, troubleshoot sprinkler pump need to buy and replace the valve (Invoice #***** $75.00. On April 29th, dismantle PVC pipe from the sprinkler system replace flow value in sprinkler pump (Invoice #***** $327.70.After all this we thought the sprinklers were working because they were on a timer to go off early morning, but we realized that it was not working when our plants started to die. We manually tried to turn on the pump, but it would not turn on, We called Alex ******************** and after a small discussion over the warranty, they send someone to look at the pump. The person opened a part of the pump and something inside was broken, he took pictures and he sent it to the company and he said he was going to file a report. The next day we received a **** (Invoice #***** $227.50). They are charging us for something that they did not fix and possibly broke during the installation. They never gave us the warranty we had with the parts and labor. .I believe this company did not know what they were doing in the first place. I have e-mailed them and have not received a reply. Total money spend for this job $1555.70. Most of cost were their hourly charges everytime they had to come fix something they did not fix in the first place. I honestly don't know if they installed the correct motor for the water sprinkler.
