    I purchased the washer and dryer from this individual/company and they told me they would give me a 12 months warranty three months later the dryerbroke. Ive tried calling them. Texting them left them several messages. No one has gotten back to me. Theyve been refusing to answer my phone calls. I back to the location and I was told the owner is not there. The person is not there And I was basically blown off. Do not use this business for anything or purchase anything from them. they are a bunch of scammers, and Ive several reviews in regards to the same situation happening with numerous people in regards to this company and individual he needs to be investigated and thisbusiness needs to be put out of business. They have no business even being a business

    On 8/14/24 I bought a ** French door refrigerator off of Offer Up from Sabios Appliance for ***** plus removal ****** (total ******). The refrigerator was delivered around 3pm and was told it would take 3hrs to cool.. I reached out via text, the owner ****** advised me not to open the door. After 24hrs it never cooled. He was notified immediately via text and attempted phones that went unanswered. On 8/16/24 he sent his non english speaking employee with a replacement, Kenmore side by side, basically falking apart. I asked the employee to call him to which ****** said this is so they can fix the **. This refrigerator also never cooled. I also informed his immediately reaching out via text, unanswered phone calls and the Offer Up app. This is when I initially asked for a refund minus the removal fee.On 8/19/24 the same delivery person brought an Electrolux french door after 5pm, which thankfully cooled however began leaking as soon as it cooled. The water and ice doesn't work either. I contacted him on the morning of 8/20/24 to he replied with two crying emogis.I again asked for a refund. He has not returned any form of communication.I just ant my *****0 and for him to pick up his refrigerator.
