    I am writing to formally complain about repeated, unwanted phone calls I have been receiving from this company since over the past several weeks. Despite my clear and repeated requests for these calls to stop, their representatives have refused and only replied with NO. The calls now occur several times per day, from many different numbers. These constant calls have become harassment and are causing me significant distress.I am currently traveling in ******, and these calls are happening late at night, disrupting my rest. Furthermore, I am concerned that my personal information has been sold or misused, resulting in additional unwanted contact.Please note:I have been subscribed to the national Do Not Call list for a long time.I have activated all available scam filters with my phone company.I have explicitly asked their representatives to stop calling me, but they have refused.Despite these efforts, their persistent calls continue, and it now seems intentional. I require that all calls and any communications from this company to my number stop immediately, and that my personal data be removed from all your systems.If this harassment does not immediately cease, I will need to file a formal complaint with the appropriate data protection, consumer protection, and telecommunications authorities.I expect your urgent cooperation on this matter.

    Good afternoon.

    We regret that this request has reached this point without providing a timely solution.

    In recent days (July 31, 2025), we received the complaint via email on our website, and within the process, we generated an immediate response, successfully placing the phone number on our DNC list (we were able to identify the phone number in a second email). Once we contacted and had full knowledge of the phone number, the person who indicated they were affected by the phone contact, we proceeded to place them on the aforementioned list.

    We carefully safeguard the information of our potential contacts who have registered for our advertising service through social platforms.

    Effective August 2, 2025, at 8:47 a.m., the number ending in 8630 was successfully placed on the do-not-call list.

    We hereby wish to inform you that our company respects service standards and carefully safeguards our contact information.
