      I was quoted a price of $370 to clean my tile, grout and carpets. Upon arrival, the person then informed me that in order to clean my 1 room kitchen, the dinning part of it is considered its "own" room and that would be extra. I was also charged to clean the small landing area around my stairs and hallway which I had included in my original quote. I should have told them to pack up and leave, but I wanted to get my floors cleaned before I went on vacation. I have called 3 times to customer service, they refused to do anything about it. I feel like I was duped. I used to think this company was reputable but if this is the kind of bait and switch that they pull on customers, I am done ever using this company ever again. I will not recommend them to anyone.
