      Total cost of 11 custom cabinets White Shaker Style. $5911.00 plus $84. cabinet pulls install. Date of order and deposit given to *******************- FEBRUARY 21st 2023 {$4602.00} On March 10th 2023, ******************* attended my home with two helpers to do cabinet installation. install was not completed that day but an additional $750.00 was paid to ******************* upon his request. Before ******************* left on March 10th we discussed a few different deficiencies that I and his assistant ****** had noticed and made note of. One serious thing was a door on the 30 inch cabinet between fridge and stove was damaged. ****** attempted to repair it but it was not good and a decision was made to order a new door. I was told the new door would arrive in approx. 5 days. At that time ****** would return and install door and complete other repairs and TWEAK the Cabinets. ******************* and his assistant ****** returned on March 17th. to install counter top. They did not have a new replacement door with them. And no further repair or TWEAKING was done. I was told by ******************* that when door arrived he would send ****** to complete the job. i have tried more than 10 times to have ******************* finish my custom cabinet job. He is full of excuses and still more than 10 weeks after his last visit to my home has not sent ****** back to finish this job. I recently spoke with him and he had not yet ordered the replacement cabinet door stating he was waiting to add it to another cabinet order. He has on several occasions told me the door was ordered. he continues to lie to me. I am now asking for your assistance to help me get my kitchen completed. ******************* is paid in full since March 17th 2023 Thank You , I hope you can help me. *********************
