  After reading some of the reviews here, I realize that I am not alone in this situation. Last May ( Im referring to 2022) I had a representative from this company come to our home and take measurements to enlarge the lanai that was built with our home. A contract was signed and the required deposit was paid for this project to be done. At this point in time, over 14 months have gone by. During that time, the old lanai was torn down and a beautiful floor for the new lanai was put down. Months later, someone came and took measurements for the cage to be built. Needless to say, I was excited about this step thinking we were finally going to have our new lanai. Wrong! No one has been back at all; and the calls I have made with voicemails left and the texts that I have sent have all been ignored. I have asked via both texts and voicemails if they could tell me an approximate date for the completion of this project. I have paid all of the bills that they have sent as soon as I got them. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with this situation.

  Even before we closed on our home last May, we signed a contract with Fabri-Tech for our lanai. Charles was super quick to schedule an appointment and full of knowledge. He was the best part of this whole process. In September, they showed up and started working on the patio. We had zero knowledge that they would be coming, but they did a great job. They left a little mess, but it was fixable. As of that date, they have collected all of our money and the only remaining project is for the screen to get installed. Fast forward to June 2023, almost approaching 14 months after we signed our contact. No one from the company has ever followed up with us about the status of the screen. My husband followed up from time to time, getting contradicting information. I emailed our rep 2 weeks ago, who informed me that she would reach out to her owner and manager. One week went by, and I had to follow up. She said she has still not heard from them. Today is week 2, so I followed up yet again. it is extremely concerning that she cannot get in touch with either of them. I work in Customer Service myself, and this would never be acceptable. Customer Service should be there to help and make the process easier, not turn it into a nightmare.

  Terrible the way they lie and treat customers. Like everyone else they have most of our money for screening in lanai that they said would be done in four months. Well its almost a year and we have no screen and no answers. E mailed owner ***** didnt even get the courtesy of a response from him. My husband and I are 80 years old dont know how this guy sleeps at night s******* all these customers. Unbelievable

  Lee County Florida beware of this company. During this aftermath of hurricane Ian this company is out ripping people off and very disrespectful. The guys who work for them have no care about the public or trying to help this hard hit community. All they do is rip off people and talk disrespectful to women.
