I visited this establishment on 11/03/23 with wife and my two Daughters. We were offered to sign up to a membership program, which my wife and I specifically recall declining the membership program.Fast forward to 12/03/23 and my card was charged again by Sky Zone Ft. Myers for the charge of $83.03. I contacted the establishment and explained to the gentlemen I spoke to that I was charged again on 12/03/23 and I was nowhere near Ft. Myers on this date and he stated it was for the membership program I signed up for. I explained to him that I never agreed to sign up to a membership and I would like him to provide proof of me signing up. He could not locate any proof and asked that I fill out a form to cancel the membership. I quickly advised him that I will not be filling a form to cancel a membership I never signed up for/agreed to and that I will be disputing the charge with my bank and reporting this to the BBB being that this is bad business practice.

I signed up for two of the Little Leapers memberships for both my sons. I bought a "10 pack" of sessions per child and paid over $80. We used 4 of the 20 sessions, and now I am informed that the location is under "headquarters management" and this package is no longer honored or valid. I have written to the company on 2 different occasions with no response as well as spoke to representatives at the location with no assistance. I would appreciate it if I could use the passes that I paid for or be offered a refund.

I held my sons birthday at Skyzone at the Forum on 4-22-23. Over the course of the party we had three major issues in the dodgeball area. One seven year old was punched with a closed fist in the back of his head by an unknown teenager. The employee overseeing dodgeball was nowhere to be found. We told the employee helping with our party and all she said was, sorry *****. That child has a goose egg from it. A little bit later my son (the birthday boy) had his fingernail ripped off playing dodge ball. Again, no employee to be found. We walked all the way across the playing area to the employees by the steps to get help. ***** was all over his hand and the employee would only give ** one small bandaid that wasnt enough to even cover the entire area because it was only a finger. We told them there was a large blood trail across the trampolines but nobody cleaned it up. A little later another 7 year old was hit on the dodgeball area. We were able to find an employee. After they pulled the surveillance video, two employees told ** that the employee who was supervising dodgeball was very distracted. Our party host only brought 2 of the 3 drinks. It took her 20 minutes to bring the other one. She took so long bringing refills that we had to buy drinks at the snack bar. My husband and daughter had to go looking for her twice because she never brought the cupcakes. While we were dealing with the last boy who got hit playing dodge ball, the party host found me and asked twice if I could return the tip paper. I explained he situation but her top concern was getting a tip and not the safety of the children. The party was completely ruined. Two children incurred medical bills incurred from dodgeball not being supervised.
