      Transaction took place 5/27/23. I placed one set of products in my cart, filled out the ordering info like shipping and billing. As I went to complete the business website forced me to at least four other pages of products. I did not choose any of these products for purchase. Then it took me to a confirmation page, without final review of my purchase and displayed that I had purchased all the products they forced me to see, again without me clicking to choose purchase of any of them. The confirmation page also provides a customer support phone number, when I called it said it was no longer in service and the confirmation number for the entire order disappeared. I also immediately received a notice from my bank of one other charge from another business, Im suspecting as I purchase my secure info may have been immediately made available and unsecured, so I had to cancel my card. I have only received one email confirmation for one of the products I did not purchase and that order number is 7D3A8F7218

      I have received correspondence from Doctor Kitchens customer service telling me they would refund my order within 5-7 business days, however it has been beyond that and I have not received a refund. Nor have they addressed the issue of their checkout process forcing customers to look at unsolicited products and automatically adding them to charge at checkout

      I placed the order for a set of kitchen canisters on April 30, 2023. Then on May 1, 2023 $34.95 was taken out of my account from ********************** for my order. I was supposed to receive my order in 3-5 days and I have not. I have reached out to the business by email and phone and neither are working. Both seem to be fake. I do have an order ID which is '**********'I no longer want this product, I just want my money back.

      I purchased a set if containers and scrub sponges and have not received my product. They advertised 2 day shipping

      Stupidly I ordered something from an ad on a ******** page. I ordered and they took my money $101.00. I waited a bit and then I emailed asking for a tracking #. They got back to me and said that as soon as they had one they would let me know. Today I had another charge of $94.99 from the same company that I initially paid for the merchandise. I do not know what this other charge is for but at this point they have $200 of my money and I have no products. I was willing to continue to wait for the product but not now that they charged me again and I dont know what for!
