    This business is running a fraudulent scam. I received a flyer in the mail with a monopoly game with pull off tabs that showed I had won $3000 cash. I assumed it was a scam just to get people in the door so I called their local office and spoke to someone in regards to this monopoly promotion. I explain to them how far away I lived from their location and that I would be coming on my lunch break from work and it would cost me a lot of time and gas money and to please be honest with me as to whether or not this was a real cash prize at $3000. I read off all the numbers on my flyer and was told that all I had to do was bring it in so that they could validate that it was real and match my numbers to make sure that it wasnt a fake ticket and that if that matched I had won. I know that that phone call was recorded and I repeatedly asked and questioned whomever I spoke to about this prize And stated Please do not ******** me, I do not have the time or gas money to come in there if this is just a marketing tool to get people in the door. I was told that it was real and as long as my numbers matched (which I told the man) that Nissan would cut me a check for $3000. I just spent over an hour in traffic and went in there and was treated so disrespectfully as if I couldnt read or understand the terms and conditions. It is incredibly misleading which is why I called to verify before I wasted my time. The manager *****, asked me where I worked (a veterinary hospital) and he said ok, Ill be sure to never bring my pets there. I have no idea what that had to do with anything except to further degrade and disrespect. Another employee, *** was incredibly kind and compassionate and hugged me and apologized for the situation. This is a scam, it is fraud, especially since I called to verify, and I expect some kind of monetary compensation for being mislead and for my time and efforts.

    Zero stars!! I'm a long time customer, had a number of poor service experiences like the inside roof upholstery falling down twice. (still down) Rec'd a postcard offering a synthetic oil change for 49.00. Called made an appointment for 1 PM. I arrived on time and the place was packed with customers in the service entrance. A service adjuster came out and checked the mileage which was near 40K. He reeled off a number of transmission, oil change, filters etc (700.00 price range.) I told him I was there for the oil change. He told me it would be a 2 hour wait for the oil change. I replied what about the 1 pm appt. again 2 hour wait. HMMM. Bottom line is this car dealer has gone way downhill since I bought from them, Their salespeople drive the demos up and down rte 41 like maniac's. This is how some dealers get bad reputations. Try Val **** or Scanlon, you'll get treated like you should.
