The first time Hydro Tech came out they put up very thin plastic as a barrier for overspray. They also could not speak or understand English. They immediately had issues with the spraying. The crew tried to fix the spray gun and kept spraying and in doing so put overspray on the walls and rafters. Then after this they said machine broke and they packed up and left. We talked to the owner and let him know how unhappy we were with the terrible job they did and he had another crew come out. ******* the crew leader started ******** and he started having problems with the spray gun and machine. After messing with the gun and machine he was able to spray both carports. They did nothing to clean up the overspray. Also both times they were hours late showing up. A few weeks later we noticed cracks in the foam and the foam pulling away from the rafters. My husband called and talked to ******* and he scheduled another crew to come out and repair the terrible job. The crew was supposed to be there between 9am - 11am . At 11:07 am I called Hydro Tech to see where the crew was talked to *** and she said he was in the office talking to a customer and would be leaving after that. At 12:20 I called Hydro Tech again because my husband had not heard from them and the crew had not shown up. I talked to Destiny who proceeded to be extremely rude to me stating that ******* had to go to ************ to pick up his worker and then go to the supply store to get the chemicals. This was a totally different story. Destiny continued to be extremely rude and she hung up on me. At 1:48 pm ******* texted my husband and said he was on his way, he never showed up. At 2:45pm my husband called Hydro Tech back and Destiny answered. My husband told her his name and she said she had talked to the owner and they called the crew and had them turn around. They were not coming to our house and to find a business somewhere else and she hung up. There is more to this but I do not have enough space.

I am rejecting this response because:

Paragraph one states an additional wall was done at no expense to **. That is untrue. When ******* came out to the house to give my husband an estimate for the original job, ******* suggested spraying under our deck. My husband decided not to have that done and it was not done. There was no wall that my husband wanted them to spray. There was spray on our wall, but, that is overspray that we did not want. Paragraph one in untrue. Paragraph two is untrue. We never had any roof damage to our home after Hurricane ***, therefore, we did not have any roofing company come out to our house to look at our roof. ******* never came out to our house except for the original estimate. Paragraph two NEVER happened. Paragraph three states that I was racially rude to their crew and that I called their office irate. This is also untrue. I would NEVER be racially rude or disrespectful to anyone. That is not who I am and for me to have to defend myself on this issue is very offensive to me and my character. Also I never I never met  ******* or any of the crew because I was at work each time they came out and they were gone when I got home.  I NEVER called their office in a irate or disrespectful manner. The last time I or my husband talked to anyone at Hydro Tech was on October 22, 2022. I NEVER called them during the Thanksgiving Holiday. I also have never wrote any review on this company. There was no free work that they did that they are trying to claim they did. I am personally offended by the way they are trying to portray me. Paragraph three is completely false.

    Sincerely,

As you can see in the pictures the foam is way under 2 inches thick and per contract it has to be 2 inches thick everywhere they sprayed the foam.. Some of the foam is almost paper thin. There are holes and cracks in the foam along with drips. All these issues and the foam separation from the wood we truly believe was not caused by the Hurricane.  There are 2 screenshots that are included with these pictures that discuss how improper chemical preparation will cause the foam to separate from the wood. We also have a quote from another company that does foam insulation that says it was improper chemical mixture that caused these issues. I did send that quote with the original complaint, but,I have attached the estimate with this email just in case you have not seen it. This is a product and installation concern for us. Please reopen our complaint.
