I was extremely dissatisfied with and disappointed by my experience with Norris. There were many reasons so I'll just mention a few. When my husband and I went to Norris in late April or early May of 2021, we told our "designer" that we had a home full of furniture that we needed to get rid of. She immediately said that Norris would take care of it. In July, she told us that the store had been bought and the new owners weren't interested in providing that service anymore. We'd have to arrange to have it done ourselves. She gave us the name of some services we could use. Awful!! After a number of other issues, I had a chair delivered that I had ordered. The workmanship was awful. A service rep was sent to have
a look. He agreesd that there clearly some issues and took some pictures and said he would have the chair returned to the company that had done the work. That was the last I heard of it. I have no idea if the the company had agreed that the workmanship was unacceptable. I was told that if I returned a special order, there would be a restocking fee. I have no idea whether I was charged the amount less the restocking fee or if the full amount
had been refunded. I asked for reconciliation and was told that I had been given one. Even if I had, a point that I dispute, it would have been much before the mattter of the chair had arisen. Another diasppointing part of the experience. I had followed up and copied someone
I thought was the "designers" boss. To no avail. I've received nothing to this day. When I've mentionned my experience to many others, they were very surprised. I think the experience I had at Norris had a very negative influence on Norris's reputation. The submission tersm require that I provide contact information but there is no plave to do that. *** ****
