******* stone owned by *** and ************************* was hired by Cabinets to Go (located at ******************************************************************, phone number **************) The representative handling the job is named ***************************. ******* Stone was to complete replacement of my countertops due to a significant flood loss on my home. I paid for the countertops in full the beginning of November. They were installed the end of that month after rescheduling twice. My appliances where scheduled to be installed shortly after. Upon installation it was recognized that ******* stone did not measure my kitchen sink countertop correctly. They did not bring up this issue at installation- and instead the installers shifted my cabinets damaging them to compensate for the misalignment. My appliances were also damaged. This was brought to their attention on December the 10th and they did not make any attempts to reconcile the issue until January the 5th after multiple calls to both company's. On the 10th of January they came out and Admitted they measured it wrong. They attempted to offer to cut in a correct piece and adhesive them together. I rejected that idea and they agreed that is not what I paid for. The agreed for replacement a second time. On the 16th they came out to resolve the issue with a new slab. It was measured incorrectly a second time. During a conversation with ******** and a second with the installer they agreed to give me the slab that has now been taken off twice. On Jan 25th they came out to install the wrong countertop a 3rd time. They stated they never offered me to be able to keep the slab. They refused to honor what they agreed upon and left the jobsite without resolving the problem. I am unable to have full use of my kitchen and need this escalated.
