I paid $850 for a brand new ********* Air Conditioner. BRANDSMART informed me TriCounty Installations of Lake Worth FL would be sending an installer by to install the AC. When he arrived I had a handyman pull out the old ac bec Brandsmart never took the time to explain that the installer did that. When the installer arrived he did a sloppy job applied mounds of drywall all over the new $850 new ac to seal it to the concreate wall, left unever chunks underneath the ac all over the cord on my parkay floor left the 2 two by fours underneath the ac so far sticking out? Sticking out of the wall? He not only did not leave it even with the wall so I could have a Carpenter build a custom new frame that would fit around it (it won't fit around it-bec the two by fours are sticking out of the wall 3" past the wall, he plasters the wood? Plastered my brand new ac to the concreate???? And didn't even bother smoothing out the wall!!!!! How can you come in to someone's home and do such a subpar sloppy job? I called Tri county and the representative told me to speak to the manager & when I did she was laughing at me? Told me "i was being unreasonable"????? Told me it was too bad that that is what they do damage people new investments and mud new 1K AC to the walls?????.. (which my old one was not! The hole was precisely cut slid into the sleeve and a frame was cut to plaster to the wall. AFTER SHE LAUGHED AT ME? I called her supervisor & even though he listed and offered to have someone come out and smooth the ALREADY HARDENED PLASTER THAT HIS EMPLOYEE DAMAGED MY NEW AC WITH??.?? HE ALSO spoke rudely to me bec he didn't want to be bothered? AND HE TOO HUNG UP ON ME & I PAID 300 FOR THOS SLOPPY SERVICE. ****** ******
