      This company should NOT be on the list of available furniture movers from *** Outlet. They failed to take apart our leather recliner (which is a very quick process) and RIPPED the side of it as they struggled their way up the stairs AND caused 3 gouges in our wall.On my sales document from RTG Outlet there is not ONE mention of a tear on the side, because it didn't exist at that time, yet ******* from Next Level told me they are denying our claim. This company is filled with incompetent employees who don't care about others or their property.If you're looking for someone to damage your furniture, sweat all over it in the process, complain the entire time, damage your home, and call you a liar, then this is the moving company for you! If not...call someone else! No one else should have to experience this (next) level of incompetence!

      Professional group. We had furniture delivered from a local retail store and Next Level offered excellent service. We live on the third floor, no elevator, and no other group wanted the challenge. Next Level, however, did the job! As to extra fees etc as mentioned in the other review, we didnt have that experience. All fees were agreed upon before delivery, nothing hidden. **** and ***** who delivered the furniture were polite and efficient. We will call them again. ****** ***** is the owner and we appreciated his help.

      This company will MILK YOU DRY! They charge an excessive amount just for the delivery fee and then additional for unncessary services such as taking parts on or off that don't need to be done, in order to charge MORE! I would highly suggest that you use another delivery service carrier.
