    Paid to have a complete bathroom remodeling. They demo'd my bathroom removed ****************** walls sinks shower. The job was to be everything new ********* total. ******* up front for all the materials and some labor. Then was asked for another ******* to pay employees. Then said was going to start the next week and requested final payment again to pay employees. Now he has ghosted us won't answer. The last time I talked to Bill Devito he said he ran into problems with a truck. I told him I would help with a truck. He asked to call me back the next day and haven't heard from him since.

    Bill DeVito started this bathroom job in December 2022. He was supposed to lower a curb, replace the floor and remove shower door. He removed not only door but entire frame and could not replace it. My mother is ************************************************** the shower. We paid him $2,500 total he wanted more. His work was so sloppy, I realized that he was not capable of doing the work. He said ( and I have every piece of correspondence between **) that he felt bad and wanted to make things right and would I allow him to have a marble company come and fix the botched pieces. I stupidly agreed, went to the place, picked out material.. the company came and measured and he has not paid its been months. He doesnt answer text, phone call from me or marble company. All of this can be verified. Stay far away from this guy, he does sloppy work, lies and makes promises that he doesnt keep.
