    Do not go there! Dropped my mower, only six weeks old, off last Friday was told by the lady at the counter they would let me know on Monday what the problem was. First of all they have you leave a $100 deposit plus a $3 fee which she didn't disclose. Stopped by on Monday and the same lady at the front desk said there were 4 mowers ahead of me and they will call me Monday evening or first thing in the morning. Did not get a phone call so I waited until 11 am to call them and I got a lecture from the lady, that she told me it would be at least a week which was an outright lie. She was rude and disrespectful, had very condescending tone. I went and picked up my mower and got my deposit back less the $3 fee which she said was posted all over the store. Bottom line is I was lied to then treated like crap by this woman. Maybe it's just me but I am the customer and should expect to be treated with respect. I could not believe this woman was acting this way towards me, I said something to the effect that this is ******* bull. In calling around for another repair shop I found out this woman contacted all the repair shops in the Englewood, Port Charlotte, Venice areas to blacklist me as a client. I don’t know who owns Access Mowers but they are doing their customers a disservice by having her as an employee. I ask that anyone reading this review avoid using this business until they treat their customers better.

    CUSTOMER BROUGHT IN A MOWER THAT WAS ONLY 6-WEEKS OLD, THAT WAS NOT PURCHASED AT THIS STORE. REGARDLESS, WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD AT TIME OF DROP-OFF, WOULD BE A LEAST A WEEK BEFORE LOOKED AT FOR AN ESTIMATE / CUSTOMER PAID A $100.00 DEPOSIT (PAID FOR WITH A CREDIT CARD - WHICH IS ALSO CHARGED A $3.00 CC FEE, NOT PAYABLE TO ACCESS MOWERS - PAID TO CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS A TRANSACTION FEE), THERE ARE NUMEROUS SIGNS ON COUNTER STATING THAT THERE IS A FEE FOR USING A CREDIT CARD).


    CUSTOMER CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES DURING THE WEEK REQUESTING UPDATES ABOUT THE REPAIR ESTIMATE, EACH TIME WAS TOLD THAT HE WOULD BE NOTIFIED WHEN THE ESTIMATE WAS COMPLETED,


    THE CUSTOMER WAS RUDE TO MY COUNTER LADY WITH TONE AND VERBAGE, AND MY COUNTER LADY WAS OFFENDED AND DEFENSIVE WITH THIS CUSTOMER.


    THE CUSTOMER WAS NOT SATIFIED WITH THE TIME IT WAS TAKING TO GET AN ESTIMATE AND WANTED HIS MOWER BACK.


    THE CUSTOMER WAS REIMBURSED THE $100.00 DEPOSIT FEE, BUT NOT THE $3.00 FEE THAT THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY CHARGES.


    ACCESS MOWERS DOES NOT CONTACT ANY OTHER REPAIR SHOPS REGARDING CUSTOMER BEHAVIOR. AT THIS TIME OF YEAR (BUSY SEASON) REPAIR SHOPS ARE ALL BACK-LOGGED WITH REPAIRS AND CANNOT GUARANTEE INSTANT REPAIRS.


    WE ARE SORRY THIS CUSTOMER WAS DISSATIFIED WITH OUR SERVICE, AND AFTER CURSING AT MY COUNTER LADY, IS NOT WELCOME IN OUR SHOP.
