I received an email on April 21 about the cancellation of the Pleasanton Cat Show that promised a refund in 60 days. I've emailed several times requesting the refund and it has not been processed.     Around 3 months ago at this point, I bought tickets to an event in **********. The event was later canceled, so they exchanged my ticket for another show happening this December. I won't be able to go to that particular event, so I requested a refund. They emailed me telling me it can take up to 60 days for that refund. I found this suspicious because that is the point at which most banks will no longer offer you the ability to mark a transaction as fraud, but nevertheless I waited the 60 days and no refund. When I emailed them again, they sent a generic apology for the delay promising again they are working on it. I emailed one more time, but they have yet to respond to it.

    I purchased tickets on February 12th, was notified that function was cancelled and I asked for a refund on March 18th. The company told them to give them *********************************************************************************** given an estimated time on when Ill be helped.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against LCWW (Loving Cat World Wide) concerning their recent event, which was originally scheduled for August 3rd in *************, postponed to September 28th, and then canceled. I had applied for a booth at this event and paid a fee of CAD 250. Despite the cancellation of the event, the organizers have refused to refund my booth fee. Additionally, I had booked a hotel for nearly CAD 400, which is now non-refundable due to the short notice of the cancellation. My attempts to contact the organizers regarding a refund and compensation have been ignored. I have been unable to locate any official company information for **** online. Their ******** profile shows the primary company location in *****, *******, but no specific address is provided. Furthermore, their Instagram account has over ******* followers, indicating that they are a well-established organization. Despite this, their lack of transparency and communication raises concerns. I want to kindly ask your assistance in resolving this matter. I am seeking a refund for my booth fee and compensation for my non-refundable hotel expenses, totaling CAD 650. Thank you for your time and attention to this issue.
