This company pretends to be AAA but in reality, they dont care. Waited over 4 hours for what I told dispatchers was battery needed service and gave my make and model and year. After finally showing up with this supposed AAA service, he has no battery. We were due a battery as our last one was purchased from AAA and under warranty. Guess thats why he didnt want to give ** one. He also lied to ** by saying dispatch didnt tell him about battery and he lied about AAA dispatchers , blaming them.

My name is Daniel and I was involved in a very bad automobile accident on US H 19 N. in Pinellas County and I was subsequently rush to St. Joseph Hospital and luckily I survived the crash, but my vehicle was totaled. "Pfeifers Towing, Engine and Body Company" who is "AAA" accredited towed my vehicle to his location at 1261 San Christopher Drive in Dunedin, Florida. I was discharge from the hospital later that night and a few days later I found out from the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) where my vehicle was towed to and I rented an "Enterprise Rental Car" to drive over to "Pfeifers' Towing" and I met the owner, whose name is Dennis and he allowed me to remove all of my personal belongings from the vehicle, which took me three (3) separate days within the same week, All of his employees were very, very kind to me and two (2) of his "amazing" mechanics were able to pry open the driver's side door so as to reach the truck release mechanism, as well as, prying open the glove box on the passenger's side, which took a load off of my mind!!! In closing, I highly recommend "Pfeifers Towing", which includes towing, engine and body work,, So, if you ever need any assistance whatsoever, call them at (727) - 736 -2755. They may even have room on their lot to park your vehicle there 'temporarily' while you are away on vacation, so that you don't have to worry about someone stealing your vehicle.
