      As far as I'm concerned people seem to think they own the streets and just think they can park anywhere S&S is doing a good job with Parking Enforcement!!

      S&S towed my truck from in front of my house on a Friday night at 9PM. They did this because I would have to pay them extra if I wanted to get my truck back after business hours. My truck had been parked in that same location for two and a half years. It's not marked as a no parking area but S&S said it was marked on a city map and they had a right to tow it. This is right in front of my house. When I called and asked who told them to tow it, they said they didn't know. This is a sad way to make money on unsuspecting citizens and I can't help but to feel that my rights have been violated. They should be ashamed of themselves.

      After dealing with S&S on multiple occasions, I've come to realize that the bad reviews are from people who park illegally and have no regard to someone doing their job, S&S is contracted with multiple different law enforcement agencies in Florida and that's why I chose to do business with them, they have state of the art equipment and video on board the trucks.. I will continue to do business with them.

      Very poor customer respect, trying to talk to the staff before towing my mother in law car and start treating me that he will “**** ** ** if I go close to his truck. Also bring a resident living in Forrest Lake with a white Mustang to protect him cutting me out of the street when I try to follow him to the office to make sure this business was for real. All the staff believe that behaving like assholes with the customer is very cool.
