    Had their Upgrade card for 2 years. Set up automatic payments to make sure it was taken care of on time each month. Last year without notice they dropped my 'credit limit' twice, no big deal, it was never my intention to keep the card long term. Then today after having a few months worth of payments built up, I went to use my card in an emergency situation and it was declined. Checked the app, says I have available credit but then there's a notice saying my card was ineligible for new 'draws.' I get on their chat and I'm told that they closed my account WITHOUT NOTICE because they received a report from Transunion that my credit score dropped and that I needed to dispose of my card safely because the decision was final. Doesn't matter to them how many on time payments you make because they allow Transunion to make decisions for them.

    I had an few accounts with them some weird PLIXI and others started dipping into my account I filed disputes and they failed to refund me I also had unlimited ATM fee rebates they did away with that narrowed it down to 6 a month but got all weird with it with a direct deposit of greater than $1K has to be deposited and you must maintain over that amount in your bank I met those qualifications in October they never paid any back They have changed so much I decided to bank elsewhere just waiting for my refunds and last direct deposit so I can close they account file more reviews in my 39 million ****** maps per month viewers and other government complaints Refund refund refunds NOW

    I obtained a line of credit to pay off a loan/credit card with Upgrade. The line of credit founded on May 30, and because they do not provide a physical address for payment to be overnighted, a check was mailed to upgrade. The closing attorney received confirmation that the check was received on June 5. As of this date, June 25, upgrade is still denying receipt of the payment and has not posted it to my account. They claim that their payments are processed by a third party, and can take up to 10 business days to post. They claim that their payments are processed by a third-party and may take up to 10 business days to post. Every other creditor that I paid off with this line of credit has received and processed their payment EXCEPT Upgrade. I think that this is a deliberate and unethical practice designed to maximize their earned interest on the loan.

    This company is reporting a late payment on my credit report after I was advised by a representative to incorrectly set up online payments. I have since been promised that it would be corrected by a supervisor and another representative that has taken accountability for upgrade and agreed to correct The reporting this has not been corrected yet and its causing me hardship

    I was referred to this company. Upon being referred I was told if I completed 3 debit transactions with in 60 days I would be getting a $100 bonus with in 3-5 business days.I spoke with an agent on November 3rd and was told I completed all the steps and that day was the 5th business day and my bonus should be deposited anytime that day. The next day I spoke with another agent who did also state I completed the steps and I should have gotten the money and he would escalate this issue and Id hear back in 24-48hrs. Spoke to someone today and now Im not getting it. This is definitely an unfair practice, it is one thing if I was told in the beginning I wasnt getting it but to continue to be promised something the company had no intention of following through on is horrible.
