      I advised by Sms the owner ************************* on the 23rd of March, 2024, that the water windshield reservoir was leaking when I tried to fill it up. As per verbal agreement between us when the car was bought from him, (CRV ***** 2011) he gave a 90 days warranty, that would have expired the 9th of April, 2024, so I did not ask for an Estimate of the cost, neither he mentioned that he will charge me for the work, because it was within the 90 days of the warranty. He made my grandson go back and forth many times, with excuses like he had not received the part or he needed another piece and so on....He was to give me an Estimate at that time if he was going to charge me, never did. Finally my grandson was able to go and pick up the car as the job was finished, and was presented with a piece of paper that was the Estimate, which as per State Law is supposed to be signed by client, but never signed because it was never submitted to me. In order to be able to bring the car home we had to pay $521.97 for replacement of the water reservoir, which is absurd. When questioned, **************** said that his shop determines the prices.......!! For all the above mentioned facts done to a senior of 82 years old, taking advantage of me, I want other people to know how dishonest this mechanic and also a liar he is and not to bring their car to his shop for he does not respect his promises and with your help to sensibilize him to refund the money he charged!
