      My car was repo at 11:26 am on December 14th 2024. I called ******* and spoke with the owner ***** and asked him what can I do to get my car back today. He told me I owe ******* and if I can at least put ******* towards it he will have the tow truck company which is Out of Time Towing bring my car back. I went and pawned some items to come up with the money. I informed ***** that I have deposited ******* into the account he sent me. He told me he contact ****** the tow truck driver and let him know he can release my car. After almost 5 hours back and forth ****** told he was closed for the today, and has been closed all day. And I will not beable to get my car back until Monday at 12. And at that time I will have to pay a repo fee. When I called ***** **** to inform him with this information, he finally admitted that the company is closed for returns. ***** basically lied to me to get me to make a payment on the car, knowingly I would not receive my car back today. ****** is very rude, and if you are closed for returns why is money being accepted for a release? How are you open for repo, but not open for return even when you have received a release from the people that hired you? The tow company is located way in ***** so i know he did not take my car there right away, and i asked him for an address so i can come personally retrieve my car and he refused. My child medicine is in the car, because the car was being packed up to leave. This is not right. This is not how a business should be ranned.

      On 04/23/2024 their driver was so rude to me, he saw that i was inside of my car with my infant and he proceeded to connect to my car and lift it up with us inside but came to realize that it was his biggest mistake so he put the car down but came to the store where my son and i were and as I got in the car he blocked me in as I started backing up and would not let me move my car as I felt like I was being held against my will.i was so shaking up that I started crying and my son began to wipe my tears I then had to drive forward the wrong way just to keep from being held hostage.i then was able to get away but as I came to the red light I noticed on the side of me he was there yelling at me. He began to threaten my family and I and I was so spooked that I called the police because now I'm in fear of my life.although things happen in life no one's life or family's life should be put in ***** way.
