            We lost our pool enclosure after *** and agreed to pay Hammond products $40,000 for a new enclosure. The contract called for a fine screen mesh of 20 x 20. They installed 20 x 17 which they finally verified was wrong when the owner came out. A few months later after numerous attempts to get the new screen installed, they paid another contractor to complete the work. We never received the building permit from Hammond products but the inspector went ahead a performed a final inspection which failed. After a few months we kept calling and finally work was scheduled. Four different days were scheduled and they did not show up with no calls or emails. It is now February 2024 and the enclosure is not completed per code. We are worried if something happens that the insurance company will not cover the enclosure since it does not meet ***************.Total lack of concern or communication on their part.
