    I have been receiving calls and texts for over a week now for a vehicle transport that I did not request. I have spoken with numerous people at this company and requested that my number be removed. They hang up on me and keep calling and texting. Very unprofessional!

    I hired American Auto Transport Groupe to ship a vehicle from ********* to *****. I paid them a deposit and the vehicle was to be picked up on 10/6/2023. They called on 10/6/2023 and stated the driver would pick up on 10/7/2023. That wasnt a problem. They called back on 10/6/2023 and stated the driver was there and couldnt find the car. The car was in the front yard right by the road. I told them that. They then called back and said the driver was picking up on 10/7/2023. At this point I began to question what was going on and the person on the phone became very hostile and ended up screaming and hanging up the phone.

    I am on the Federal DO NOT CALL LIST.I requested a quote. Received the quote. And declined the quote.I have already spoken to a rep and told them to no longer call me.Please remove me from your telemarketing call list.

    I have been contacted by this business at least 20 times, probably more. I have no interest in a car transport service, and I have never contacted them. I get text messages from them daily. At one point I responded by saying I am not interested in their service and to not contact me again. But that didn't change anything. I'm very annoyed with this company and if anyone should ask about them I would certainly tell them to have nothing to do with them!

    This company will call you night and day relentlessly and will not take you off the list, I asked them several times to remove me from the list, and I gave them my husband's number (he is the one who needs to ship the vehicle from *************) they would not quit calling me, they just continue to call over and over and hang up on you when you start saying that you asked they stopped calling you.Today I spoke with one of them and he pretended he removed me from the list so I asked him to confirm the number he just removed from his list, he became immediately argumentative and told me that this is none of my business. Then constantly cut me off telling me that it was him being "assertive". And the phone still rings off the hook. They have zillions of complaints like that on ****** and on Yelp and they STILL do not get the message! This is called harassment and calling a ********** citizen after being told to stop is against the law, so is sharing my information with other transporters.

    I placed an order to have my car transported. I was told my card wouldnt be charged until they secured a driver. My card was charged and no driver information was sent. I called the phone number on their website over 15 times and I was told that they couldnt help me only the person that I booked the trip with could help me. I asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on. I called over 20 times and left voice messages and was told I had to to keep calling back. This company is unprofessional and didnt help in resolving the problem. An additional charge was made on my card for a pair of sandals. This is the only company that I gave my card Info to.
