  These people are scammers. They took my 30% deposit plus costs for permit and delivered nothing over 10 months since November 2024.

  We hired this company to install a fence 9 months ago and paid a 25% deposit upfront. Part of their responsibility was to file the permit application on our behalf. It took them months just to prepare the application, and during that time, they repeatedly blamed the delays on the city and offered excuse after excuse.After growing suspicious, we contacted the city ourselves--only to discover that our permit had actually been approved and ready for payment two months earlier. While the company was telling us they were still "waiting on the city," the reality was they simply had not followed through.When we confronted them with this information, they responded with hostility and told us they didn't "need any attitude." The entire situation is a disaster, and we are now taking legal ********* not make the same mistake we did. This company has taken deposits from many people and failed to deliver. Read the many review on this platform. Many others and the Better business bureau. In our opinion, they are dishonest and manipulative--clearly more interested in collecting upfront payments than doing the actual work.

  As all the other reviews, we have been under contract with *** since July of 2024. As everyone else, we are in May 21, 2025, and they collected 25% of the deposit, and now are ghosting my calls. ******* ****** promises great service and call backs, and then shamelessly ghost you. His father ******* ******, does not answer for his companies service, as the primary owner. It seems the ***** does not fall far from the tree :), and their friend, partner, manufacture, installer ******** ********, is your ***** until he disappears also! and states he has left the company.I believe at this point that they are going to steal my down payment, as everyone else's. It seems that they want to sell the company or close it, so they can get rid of all the pending contracts that have paid a down payment, and steal their money, oh oh! Definitely we recommend to steer away from this company and company ***********'s a bunch of bumbling stooges, who think they have discovered a great ******** business, and believe stealing from people is good karma. Karma does come back to you. But good for them, you have to feed your family somehow, right!!

  I have been under contract with CIS for a new PVC fence since November of 2023. At first, they were very customer oriented and helpful. It was a great performance, because that all ended after I made my first payment. My permit was approved by Coral Springs on January 19, 2024. On January 29, 2024, the project manager texted me: “I put you to the queue. We currently have 7 people in the line waiting for install so about a month I would assume” It is now May 9, 2024 and I have received zero substantive updates and have made both of my project payments on time and in full. In December 2023, they came and took down a portion of my pre-existing, wood fence to be replaced. They piled up the scrap against the fence that is still standing causing the old fence to push into my neighbors yard. Six months, that scrap pile is still sitting on my lawn with the fence leaning into my neighbors yard. After going under contract with CIS, you can plan on not hearing anything and not being able to contact anyone. If they do respond, it’s days or weeks later with generic response that your project will start soon. I don’t think anyone realistically expects a routine fence install to take over 6 months with zero communication unless customer initiated. Especially after being told you’re 7th in the “queue” in January. I can be patient with honesty> Johnathan and Gustavo are pathological liars with absolutely zero integrity. I tried emailing and calling about all of the aforementioned facts before writing a public review, but no response. Based on other reviews I’ve read, it seems they do great work once they actually do the job. There’s just zero customer care or communication in the process. I should have done my homework better before hiring these guys, so shame on me. But make no mistake, this company will take your money and leave you in the dark. So far I’m out over $10,000 with nothing to show for it.

  Permitting took a while but not their fault, they installed a new PVC fence and it came out great. Highly recommend them.

  I have been waiting 6 months for my fence and nothing. They do not contact unless contacted. Horrible company and service. Look elsewhere for you fence.

  We have waited 10 months for our fence and they missed the last date of April 24th. They are also bad when it comes to returning calls. I do not recommend considering them for work.

  Hurricane Ian came through wrecked My home . Steve and his team got us dried out ,Tarps up .Excellent professional services . Would recommend to any one .Update : Handled my roof and insurance claim .insurance denied my roof .
  
  Steve put together a very thorough case as to why Allstate should pay my roof claim .We won the case and now have a beautiful new Roof .Thank Steve !
