    My husband contacted this business via telephone regarding getting a quote to fix a sunroof for our vehicle fixed. The representative on the phone stated to him to bring the vehicle so they can inspect it. At no point did they tell him it will be a diagnostic fee added if nothing was done. keep in mind, shops normally do that but then transfer that fee towards to final bill which is understandable. My husband brings the vehicle to this location and 2 hours later, my husband was told that the technician who handles this type of job is a 3rd party vendor. The minimum charge will be $400. My husband stated to them well how much does it cost to fix and no price could be given since the technician never inspected the vehicle to be able to diagnose the issue. After a brief discussion of what it may or may not cost, my husband was charged a diagnostic fee. No one inspected the vehicle so what did you diagnose? We already knew the sunroof was inoperable before we came there. When my husband question this fee they gave him the run around about why he was charged that all the while the vehicle never moved from the spot he parked it in. The 3rd party tech never came to the location to even check what was wrong with the sunroof. Needless to say he was charged for a diagnostic fee for a sunroof we already knew wasn't working to still not know what is wrong with it or how much it will cost to fix. After seeing my husband visibly annoyed about the fee they then tried to offer a discounted fee to which my husband stated it's not about the fee it's about how you handle business....Fair warning you have been warned!!! Read the fine print and Ask **** questions before coming here! Maybe I should have done better research on my part because I see this place does not have BBB accreditation!!!!

    Hello *********, I am sorry for the issues Diagnosing your husbands sunroof problem. Most Sunroof problems we handle in house but sometimes we need to have a body shop take care of the problem if it involves replacing the track or assembly. When we do this we supervise all repairs and our customer is not charged extra for our part of that service. I am currently out of town but I have asked my manager to forward all the information on your husbands visit. We normally do not charge a fee unless we have to disassemble a vehicle to diagnose it, but again I am not familiar with what we did for him. I will get all the information and get back with you in a few days. Our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction and I really do what I need so we can achieve that. My personal cell phone number is printed on your invoice which you are welcome to call anytime if there are issues.
