    On 9/23/24 we (Schmoe Farm) paid Cold to Go trailers $39,000 for a 40 foot fridge/freezer container unit. Cold to Go was committed to provide us with a 40 ft container which was to be half refrigerated space (20ft in the front), and half freezer space (20ft in the back), separated by an insulated wall and access door. Our dispute is that the unit was not delivered properly fabricated. In the wall between the fridge and the freezer space, there was no insulation put in. As a result, the door freezes over leaving us unable to open the door. We have made dozens of calls, emails, and texts over the past 6 months for the installer to come fix the issue, but our communications are mostly ignored. When we do get a response, he says h*** find a date and get back to us, and never does. The installer acknowledged that this issue was his fault but had made no effort to fix the issue.
