    Guard your claim did an outstanding job, I never thought I would get anything back but they got me more than I thought I would get back. I highly recommend them to you for any claim you have with your home owners insurance company. They will not charge you until they win garranty. Took only a year for the settlement. Had problems with the mortgage company getting my check back but that is not Goard your claims fault. I will give guard your claim for 1 to 10 10 stars, if you don't want use insurance company to lowball you, you should really think about hiring Guard your claim. Eddie ******** did a wonderful and fantastic job.

    I had a good initial phone contact with ****** ******** and felt hopeful to have an advocate to help fight my claim. I sent an email with photos, my policy details and claim number. A week later I hadn't heard back, though it had been a holiday, so I texted that following Monday to make sure the email had been received. I was told he was in a meeting and would call back in a few hours. The call didn't come. I received a text on Wednesday saying they were getting an introduction package together that I would receive in email. I responded that I hoped someone was going to come inspect before I'm asked to sign an agreement, to which I received no reply. I waited another couple of days and texted on Friday morning a request for him to call me, again no reply. No call. I texted on Sunday to express my disappointment at this being disrespectful of my time. Two weeks and no progress towards being represented at all, except for the initial call and email that I sent. If my business were important you would think I'd of heard something on Monday, an apology, update, something .... but no. Now I must start over with another company. Waste of time and only delayed me from getting my home issues resolved. I recommend looking elsewhere.

    Cuando conoc a ******* * su equipo, no saba qu hacer con mi reclamacin de seguro. Haba contratado a un bufete de abogados que no hizo nada *** m * retuvo uno de mis pagos, no pagndome hasta que ******* se involucr. Desde el momento en que ella * su equipo se hicieron cargo, hemos logrado llegar a una oferta de acuerdo * ahora puedo reparar mi casa. Aunque el proceso *** ms ****** del esperado, principalmente ***que mi compaa de seguros sali del estado de ******* * nos dej en un limbo, esto* mu* feliz * agradecido con sus servicios. Los recomiendo encarecidamente.

    I am really happy with the results from ******** representation. I would definitely recommend her to anyone dealing with underpaid or denied claims. The process took a little while, but Im grateful she represented me throughout. Without her help, I would have given up because dealing with the insurance company was a nightmare.
